First 1 minute Video on their app, then an interview with manager and content writer, The manager didn't show up hence content writer took it forward and asked the basic questions. Seems like its just a promotion strategy not interview selection.

Interview
First was a video interview of 1 minute. Followed by a one on one interview after 5 days. They just asked basics like expectations and work. Got a mail after 4 days saying not selected without mentioning any reason.
