Very smooth process, phone interview followed by an in person one. Recruiter and hiring manager were very friendly and personable, provided me with a decision within 24 hours. They were also very welcoming and provided me with a tour of the clinic along with a brief explanation of the program and services offered to prepare for the interview. They do a very good job at making sure you’re comfortable, this really helped the nervousness.

It didn't take long for the recruiter to reach out to me to set up an interview. The interview was in person with 3 leaders. It was definitely more of a conversation about the company, the position, my skills and experience versus a behavioral based question interview, which I really enjoyed. I just never got a call or an email to let me know that they were not going to offer me the job. After the interview, they had sent a follow up email that they would reach out in 2 weeks but never did. I assumed I didn't get the job after a few weeks but it would have been nice for them to follow up considering how much they pride themselves in the work they do.
