Pros

Friendly co-workers, not quite a patient mill yet, paid holidays

Cons

This is a very mediocre company. It seems a little better than it actually is because so many other physical therapy companies are so awful. But pay and benefits at Recovia aren’t anything to get excited about, and bonuses are very difficult to make. Plus people aren’t treated the same across the company, as mentioned in other reviews. Some are treated better than others if they’re liked by upper management.

Pros

A lot of keadership and team members actually care about helping patients and you can see that, program is helpful.

Cons

I would not recommend working at Recovia. Bottom line: Minimal pay for so much work. You don’t get much training you are just thrown in. Leaders are frazzled. Hourly pay is also SUPER low starting at $16 for some roles. There is no room for growth even though they say there is, no remote or hybrid options, lots of organizational changes, benefits are not great, PTO is only a few days a year which is unheard of !!! No payouts either. No bonuses. Providers are always taking time off and get better benefits than admin staff which isn’t fair . For a company that helps with mental health, they do not offer any mental health benefits or self care days ... They tell you all these good things about how great they are, but it is false and inconsistent. Everything goes in circles and they say there are all these new roles but it is just people quitting and their team has to constantly hire new people to take over. There is never a consistent team because people are always coming and going. Toxic culture and lots of gossip
