1) Recruiter-over the phone, standard recruiter phone screen
2) On-Site with direct report and site walk through. Behavioral and experiential questions.
3) Zoom, senior management- Work styles and motivation questions/scenario based questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Recycle BC (Vancouver, BC) in July 2024
Interview
Virtual interview. One interviewer left her camera off for the whole time. The other interviewer seemed bored and disinterested. Not really a great interview experience overall. I knew within the first 2 minutes that this is not the type of company I would want to work for.
