I did multiple tests, recorded interviews, online interviews, and email negotiations over the course of 3 weeks and was ghosted by the recruiter.
I'd assess that I put 5-7 hours of effort into Red Bull, and their inability to spend two minutes on a rejection email wasn't very professional. Not sure exactly how many candidates we're in the running at that point but definitely less than 10.

Interview
To have a first contact interview with a company as a prerecorded video is just unacceptable. Especially for senior positions. I lacked any kind of human contact and felt it reflected badly on the company culture. It might be cost effective but it is very devaluating. You can do better.
