Interview
Got an unannounced phone call by a cell phone number. I should not know who is calling.
The guy (not from HR, but from the department i applied for) wanted a first and short interview.
I was quite surprised and unfortunately in a hurry, but the guy was nice and friendly. The call took about 15 Minutes. Got the answer two days later.

Interview
The interview was very straightforward and professional. They had a task that they required you to complete in order to move to the next step. I would say it was overall a very pleasant experience.
They gave me a case study to work on, and after finishing it I had to go to the office to present in front of the manager. Finally, they didn't contact me at all.
