It was a virtual interview. Basically, a question popped up and you had to respond. They gave you a minute or two to prepare based on the question. Overall not bad. Also showed a video about Red Bull and asked what this video tells you about Red Bull as a brand.

Applied online on their website. Was asked about 2 weeks later to complete a personality test. They then asked me to complete a video interview. About 4 weeks later I heard back and they wanted to fly me out to Chicago for an in person interview. Included a dinner and a business case presentation.
