      Interview

The interview process was not bad but at the end there was work to create a deck to describe YOUR STRATEGIES on how you would attack their issues. WHICH THEY LATER STEAL FROM YOU! Long story short, the interview was fine and actually not that bad. Everyone was friendly and smiling. But you go through 3-4 rounds: HR, Mgmt, Board Interview, Technical Manager, with homework of a deck that takes about 3 days to do. Well, that's if you want to do it right while working your full time job. So the crux of the issue here is you spend all your free time working on this slide for hours and days, and later you see that they steal your work and are also posting on job forums for the same position using your language and methodologies of implementing. If anyone worth their salt in this realm, we know they are bare bones strategies, native strategies to companies, and if someone doesn't know what they are doing. I know they stole items because they posted up the job application using some of the colloquial speech that was indigenous to the current company I was working at the time. I've been in the industry well over a decade, I will never forget stealing from minorities. It's been almost half a decade and I still remember you. Thank you for trying to steal people's time and energy in the middle of a pandemic. I honestly don't care if I got the job or not. What grinds my gear is the blatant disregard of theft. Using free labor for your lack of expertise under the guise of interviewing is despicable.
