I only had an initial interview with the recruiter based out of LA. I felt it was a bit of a bait and switch between the way the position was described in the position description, versus the reality of the job once I spoke to the recruiter. It seemed as if I would be working with large art organizations and music festivals in market and forging new relationships, but it was mostly centered around executing on their existing partnerships within the street dance pillar which wasn't something I was ultimately interested in.
