Creating a case study for a hypothetical event on campus, created a presentation with a prompt and hypothetical budget. Presentation was 15 minutes long and was the last step of interview process.

I found the opportunity through my university job site. I sent my resume with a catchy cover letter. They called next day and did a phone interview. Shortly after the phone interview they emailed me to come in for in person interview. Word of advice.. don't show up in a suit or any professional work clothes. Everyone in the office wears casual attire and overall relaxed office enviroment.

Video recorded answers then In-person interview at the office. Was not too bad I recommend good lighting for video. Just be honest and try and bring out good energy! You only have once chance to record the video answers.

Smooth, not very professional though. There were Lots of candidates and there was also a group discussion and team activities. It was held in a hotel with the whole field marketing team present
