The quested call from recruitment, told very little about the role asked nothing about me just very much to confirm an interview date. Interview on teams lasting 25 minutes, interviewees didn't have a copy of my CV and knew nothing about me which left a bad taste in my mouth, showed little effort or care when I had 2 pages of prep. Wasn't expecting to get through (nerves got the better) but was told we'd hear beginning of next week. End of next week comes by and I email for an update just to be sure before using my last day of AL and never got a response, a week later a standard email response from workday. Not an experience I've ever had before or what my current company give to candidates so very disappointed to say the least, especially from a company like Red Bull. Goes to show a name means nothing. In that two week period my current employer has tried to retain me so unlikely to have accepted, but RB will lose good people if this is their timeframe and poor communication style.
