Red Tail Residential interview questions

Informal, stopped by in person with a resume and was told to come back the following day for an interview. Manager asked generic interview questions and although I thought it went well and I even offered to bring lunch for the interview which she gladly accepted, I was strung along for months with a promise of call from a regional (which eventually did happen 3 months after) and after the quick phone ‘interview’ with regional I was essentially ghosted without the decency of an email. The lack of communication and basic respect for someone else’s time is appalling, V.
