To much changing management on all levels property management, regional management and on maintenance as well.

Mixed support with issues in HR and staff accountability

Health insurance is okay. Its free so that does help.

Cons

Staff support isnt uniform through the company. Inexperienced office staff in some places are allowed to violate company policies with no accountability. Accommodations for employees with disabilities needs attention. HR department is not responsive. Pay errors were frequent.

Minnesota team is great. From leasing agents, to managers to maintenance. And the supervisors are great.

Cons

Upper management doesn't know the region, construction, depreciation, or how to manage assets.
