The process starts with a 30 minute interview with the recruiter, then you are moved to the hiring manager for a 45 minute interview. Then you will have a panel interview that is about 3-4 hours long. You will meet with various people from the team. The entire process took about 2 months, and then in the end I was told that there was a reorg and the role was no longer going to be filled. Everyone was very nice and the interviews were not difficult, but why does it have to be such a long process, so long that by the time they are finally ready to make a decision, the role is no longer needed?
