The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Ventures in Jan 2010
Interview
Red Ventures contacted candidates about a week prior to interviews and also set up a dinner to meet with prospective candidates. They appeared very committed to hiring and preserving human capital and also highlighted the importance they place on work-life balance. The interview itself was moderately challenging but not necessarily difficult. They used a 2 part interview, with the first part being behavioral and the second part being a case.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They presented a case based on a typical problem they might face with regards to a business problem brought to them by a client. The goal was to identify factors that might be causing a problem and identify what information would be helpful in determining the problem and finding a solution.
It started with a phone screening, then 2 or 3 interviews (back to back which took a couple hours to get through), then I had a hiring manager interview and I finished off with an interview with my industry lead

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures
Interview
4 round process - HR Screen, take home challenge, technical day, and senior interview
Overall, a very time consuming process, and in the end I was not offered a position and told that they could not give any feedback on why.
Good interview Process. The first phone screening interview was good, the technical was a bit hard, wish I got some sort of feedback. other than that it was good. all the people i talked to seemed nice and friendly and good at their job.
