Interview
You get a script. They make you read it. They criticize your ability to sell someone some inferior product (like DirecTV, ADT, Lifelock, etc.). Then they give you another chance after they give you "feedback". They judge your acceptance of the feedback and your "coachability".

Tell me about a time you had to present a project at a previous job.
It was easy to average interview questions overall. However, be prepared to do a mock phone call, this took most of the interview time up. They run a test scenario on you to see your first reaction. Remember to ask about the customer problems and then end with a solution from the given brand.

Long day touring the campus and shadowing employees. Good experience. It was great to get to know the employees who worked there before actually working there. Very cool and large campus but you don't get to use the benefits very often.

I thought the process was easy. There is a group interview followed by a one on one. Make sure you stand out in the group interview, but not in an annoying way.
