I first had a phone Interview followed up by two in person interviews, where they showed me around the campus with its gym, cafeteria, bowling allies, basketball courts, and different work floors that I may potentially be working on. After all of this I was given scenarios to see how I would react and make sure that I had the right temperament for doing the high volume of sales that is expected of you as an employee there. They also told me about all of the opportunities that the company provided internally as well as the connections and value of having their name on a resume will have.
