Interview
The interview only lasted for 10mins. I can feel that the hiring manager is not interested in knowing who you are, but interested in "could you do 350 checks per day because that's your KPI". The hiring manager is the only person joining the interview despite the Head of HR is invited. It feels like the company is not structured and not professional in my point of view.

Interview
This is possibly one of the worst companies I did my interview with. Had 1 screening call with the HR and proceeded to IV with the hiring manager. All was well and the HR reached out to me saying that I'm shortlisted to be part of the company and gave me all the necessary details. He said to me the offer letter will be given to me the next day. I followed up with him the next day and got ghosted. Then, I followed up again after that and he reached out to me that the management did not approve my application and won't proceed. What kind of company has this kind of process?
