First, I had a screening with HR, then they sent me some case studies, and last, I had an interview with the direct manager.
From when I was first approached to when I got an offer 3 weeks passed. They were super flexible with the schedule for the interviews (the interviewer sent over their calendar and I chose what worked best for me).
All the questions I got were related to my experience and my skills. In both, the initial screening and the manager interview they took the time to explain to me the position, chat about the company, and answer my questions.
It took me around 1.5 hours to resolve the case studies and they were relevant to the position I was applying to (what would you do if a customer churns, how to increase positive reviews, etc.)
I usually despise hiring processes, they give me a lot of anxiety and I get very nervous. But every interview made me feel comfortable and just like a casual chat about me and my work experience. I felt good about the process independently of the outcome, 10/10 would recommend :)
