Exactly as stated by other online employee reviews. Lacking transparency and very unprofessional and lacking honesty in relation to the job posting (salary). They are a marketing agency working for (to my understandind) Telus and Direct Energy. Considering the lawsuit with Direct Energy that should also be a red flag.

Fairly in depth, however lacked full disclosure ie. working Saturdays in addition to Mon-Fri, along with “mandatory” team meets weekly off-shift, etc. First impression implied that telecom investment was new, however territories have been worked time and again
