If she likes you, she'll hire you. You don't need management experience. Not much of an interview process. There is a video questioning interview initial process. I suggest dressing up and do NOT have noise in the background. They do look at that part of the interview. They pass those along to others to look at and laugh at.

Questions were clear and relevant.
Cons
The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
