Initial application, then invited to submit video interview, then two in person interviews. They are doing zoom interviews during COVID and some people have to meet with the lead and area manager.

What are your strengths, how do you prioritize and stay on track, are you an independent worker, how do you handle conflict, are you comfortable at hosting and creating community events to encourage networking, tell me about a time you had to convivence someone to do something that they didnt want to do.

Good process that selects those who are worthy of the job , three different parts one online and two in person. It was a positive experience in general highly recommend it

Pros
The interview itself went smoothly and professionally.
Questions were clear and relevant.
Cons
The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
