I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RehabCare in July 2014
Interview
The first step was a phone interview with the recruiter for my area. After that I was able to set up an interview with the rehab director at the clinic. She asked the typical physical therapy related questions (strengths, weakness, why I am good for the position, about my clinical experience) and gave me a tour of the facility. The interview was on a Friday and I was offered the position on the following Monday. Not having the long waiting period was definitely helpful. It was a great positive experience for my first real job.

Question 1
Most of the questions were expected. I expected a question in regards to salary and weaknesses, but I still feel like those are the hardest question to answer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RehabCare
Interview
Super simple. Applied online, proceeded with phone interview, then in person interview at facility. Toured the facility and just got a overall feel for how things were done there.

Question 1
No questions about "Give me a time when.." Just asked what questions I had about the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at RehabCare (Saint Louis, MO) in May 2017
Interview
Very casual, met with director of rehab at facility. Was given a tour of the facility and asked basic questions about my background. I worked with a Rehab Care recruiter which made the process more difficult, as the recruiter was in Atlanta and the job was in St. Louis. You really have to fight to have the recruiter work in your favor. I mostly communicated with the rehab director and area director because the recruiter was difficult.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at RehabCare (Walnut Creek, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Short phone interview with the regional manager and the tour of the facility with the program director. Very casual and they didn't ask any medical/rehab related questions. The recruiter did most of the salary negotiations.
