It was Good. The staff asked many meaningful questions, and it made the interview personable and you could see the community. They focused on the work load and how it could affect me. They asked what were some of the best ways I could handle the situation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Reinhardt University (Canton, GA) in Aug 2019
Interview
I passed the lengthy phone interview and I was told I would get a call back “very soon” to come in and meet the panel for my next interview. I was led to believe I was a strong candidate and I would at least get an in-person interview. Instead, I receive a generic rejection email from the human resources department four days later. No feedback was given. They are not a large school, so I thought this was very rude.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked what I didn’t like about my previous job. Be careful how you answer that question! It might be able to against you.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reinhardt University (Waleska, GA) in July 2014
Interview
The interview process consisted of eight hours of interviews with everyone from adjunct instructors within the department to the president of the university. It was a long and very draining day, however, I learned a lot about the university and the interaction between faculty and administration. I was much more comfortable in making a decision on employment after the interview process.
