Reiser Simulation and Training interview questions

Three rounds to reject me for a reason that is apparent by looking at my CV. First round: A 30-minute telephone interview with the Software Head. He liked my profile and my work experience, so I was invited to the site for the next round. Second round: It was badly scheduled on a bridge day, so none of the staff was onsite. Only the software head was present, and he showed me around the campus. I was expecting a decision to be made, but I was asked to return for the third round after a month. Third round: I also met with a deputy software head this time. Almost similar questions and some in-depth questions about simulations. In the end, I was rejected for not having relevant aviation knowledge, which was apparent from my CV.
