I don't think they know what they want for this role. I interviewed sometime in 2024 and process took about 2-3 weeks. There were 3 interviews. The first one was with their recruiter. The second was with a practice owner or part owner of the business, I believe. Those were both online. The third one was in-person. The questions asked were really basic, which was fine since I had over 5 years experience supervising sales teams in the field. I was a finalist but didn't get hired, which was also fine. The process was very high-touch until the end when I got an auto-rejection email. This role has been open for YEARS though. They will repost it, adjust the salary and then do the interview process all over again. It's pretty unbelievable that they haven't found anyone to do this over the years. Or if they do find someone, that person leaves early and they start the process again. Either way, that seems more like a problem with the employer, not a problem with the candidate pool.
