Reliable Heating & Cooling interview questions

I was treated very well at first and the process went well. The interview was in depth and enjoyable. At the end when wages came up, the owner seemed to be quite offended at what I told him I thought was a fair wage for what he wanted done. The tension in the room was quite obvious from that point forward.
