its not that easy.but if you have enough knowledge then you can crack it. At first you will have to face telephonic discussion, if they find telephonic interview satisfactory then you will get a call for personal interview. your subject knowledge will get cross verified by group of subject faculties.

Here selection is completely based on the need. Latur patter is very rigorous where they complete 11 and 12 in just 6 months. They are very flexible with their policies so there is no fixed rule.

The question asked are basically HR relationships. They never create too many complications for the freshers, but still their main motto is to hire a candidate at minimum wage.
