The most ridiculous process I have ever been to. It is a small company and everything is very fluid, I understand, but their recruiter/HR person does not even know the scope of the job or a salary range or literally any other specifics regarding the job but is still set on wasting 30-45 minutes of your life and will not even follow up later on. Be ready for simply ridiculous questions, see them below.

What do you think is the biggest problem in the world right now except for Covid and what do you personally do to combat this?

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback and we’re so sorry you felt it was such a negative experience. On this particular job, we had made it clear that there was no JD set and it would simply be an exploration call to get to know yourself better.
