Remoov interview questions

Owner contacted me via linkedin.com had phone interview, then an in person interview. He then had me do a zoom interview with another manager, ask me for references, etc. Then strung me along for SEVEN WEEKS waiting for him to make a decision. Every Monday for seven weeks they said we'll make a decision this friday, Low and behold after all that time they finally made a choice. Really unprofessional process, and a waste of time.

After having exchanged some emails with the CEO, we set a phone. Afterward, we met in person to talk about my experience and expectations about the job both ways. After a couple of days and a quick follow up, I received the offer.
