Renewal Health Group interview questions

Not great experience with interview makes me question working here. I had applied for an associate therapist role and spoke on phone to recruiter. Recruiter passed along my resume to hiring manager and said they would contact for next steps. I then hear nothing back for a week and recruiter reaches out asking why I haven’t responded to clinical director. I told recruiter I received no calls or emails about position. Next day I get a random text message asking if I can interview now or that day. The individual did not identify themselves and their role just a “hey, are you free to talk now” text. I was working that day/ in sessions and gave other times to interview and never heard back. The whole experience felt rushed and there was a lack of communication. Lacks professionalism to send a text and not identify themselves/ yourself and your company and just expect a candidate to be free that day or moment you text. Very inconsiderate especially considering the fact that most therapists are usually in sessions/ working with clients and not always immediately available.
