Renfe interview questions

Primero se realizaba una entrevista con una empresa externa y posteriormente, esa empresa externa seleccionaba a varios candidatos para realizar la entrevista en la oficinas de Renfe con personal de Renfe.

Two phone interviews before an in-person panel interview. The first phone interview is a quick phone screening with the recruiter. The second phone interview is with the HR and it goes over discussing the candidate experience and expectations. The final interview is with the hiring manager and the team, and it discusses the candidate's experience, and how he/she fit the job description. The final interview also includes a English writing proficiency exercise to measure the candidate skills.
