I was interviewed by 6 different people of whom I would be working with or under. They were all very welcoming and made the interview process a breeze. The night of the interview I was offered the job.

You meet with the heads of every department. You do a web chat with Human Resources in a conference room You get a tour of the facility after you sign a disclosure agreement.

Interview
At first the interniew spoke upon my basic knowledge of lab operation then went into details of the job. The interview was relatively laid back. It wasn't much pressure on me to actually speak on my skills. It was informative of the goals and process of the job. It was a good interview.
