Diverse workplace. Pretty chill for the most part.

Changes work schedule with little notice. Hired on working 12 hr shifts Dupont schedule, then changed to 5 8 hour shifts, then 4 10 hour shifts . Schedule all over the place without regard for your personal life or previous plans. They also weren't honest about how the company was performing and laid almost everyone off
