The interview with Son Chu the CMO was quick. Standard questions then he described the company history. He gave more information about the core responsibilities of the position only after asked. These included specialized duties and experience as listed on the job positing. The job was offered at 2000 euros per month full time, position was posted at 1400 euros. I countered with still well below the average pay for a specialist marketing position with experience. Then they ghosted me. Highly unprofessional. If your business model depends on undervaluing your employees, you're running an exploitation machine. But I'm sure they're well aware of that since they have been plastered all over the news exploiting immigrant workers for 600 euros a month. Nothing has changed. Stay far away.
