Interview
Finished take home, didn’t get much if any feedback just a rejection. Felt as though the process just wasted my time when they said we would walk through my code after I submitted.

Interview
It was chill. Take home -> debug take home in technical -> on site with 3 behavioral 1 system design. All nice people but yeah. It was quick for the most part.

What do you want out of your next role (they will ask this)
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Replo (San Francisco, CA) in July 2024
Interview
The interview process was smooth. I had a phone screen with a recruiter, during which they used software to record and summarize what was said. You can opt to receive a copy of the recording for your reference.
I rated the experience as neutral because, while they seem open to listening and willing to hear your story, the company seems to tend to ghost candidates after interviews. I was rejected a few days after the initial screen, and despite sending over three email reminders requesting specific feedback from the team (which is unusual for me, as I'm not accustomed to being rejected after the initial screen), I received no response. It seems they were not willing to provide any feedback.
Ghosting is never acceptable, but I can understand if it happens at a large company where it's easy to lose track of candidates. However, at a small company with a small hiring team, there's no excuse for it.
Overall, it's a good company with a solid product but be prepared to potentially be ghosted and ignored. They don't seem to value your time.
