Interview was great. I had high hopes coming in but I quickly learn it was mostly smoke and mirrors. The interview made me believe there was room for advancement in the company but, i soon found out that was not the case. I guess the job could have been a lot worst. I mean basically you are a garbage man but some of the employees made the job a lot harder than what it had to be. I had a very bad experience working there. They could offer me double the money and I wouldn't go back.
Easy and well organized. The interviewer was pleasant and made the process smooth. They listened to my questions at the end of the interview. Followed up with phone interviews. Got a job offer within a couple of days.

Fast and easy not to much pressure easy down to earth and very friendly .and just said things about how the company is ran your route and ask do I have a cdl and can I work in all kinds of weather
