Interview
My interview with Resource Exchange International was actually a series of interviews over Skype, first with their main office, then with their field offices. The interviews themselves were mostly casual, as their application process is quite thorough. More was said than was asked, and more time was taken explaining the company's history than was necessary. All in all, it was a very easy interview process, provided one could listen well.
