Most bizzare interview I've ever been on. Interviewer kept pushing me to think of a time when I got insanely angry. I told them that hadn't happened and that I typically remain pretty calm even when I'm angry, but she kept pushing the issue. She told me arguing is fun for her. She said something along the lines of, "They think I'll drive you nuts. Do you think so?" I really should have listened. Took thorough notes from conversations with my references. I had two face-to-face interviews total and a brief phone interview. The first interview took about 2 or 3 hours. Prior to this interview, I was required to take a strengths assessment. People at that company are obsessed with it. They all obssess over each other's strengths assessment results and have them memorized. I tried to tell them that those results aren't everything but of course they wouldn't hear of it. I also had to take the Meyers Briggs personality test and a detailed questionnaire that probably took a few hours to complete. The second interview was fairly brief. Prior to it, I was asked to write out my testimony. They want to make sure you're Christian enough. But don't worry. It's all fake anyway. Was asked to answer an algebra question that had absolutely nothing to do with the job.
