Interview
The interview process started with an initial screening on zoom with 2 ladies, Ashley and Alix (CEO) and then they called in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was full of awkward textbook questions and reflected that none of the leaders knew much about marketing roles.

They asked the most random bookish questions, apparently, no one knows there what marketing is or how is it done.

Interview
- The interview was more of an orientation instead. The kind HR manager introduced me to my bosses and showed me the assembly line, which was where I would work. She also explained the paperwork I required to sign and the terminology used onsite. She pointed out the lunch rooms, washrooms, and sign-in sheets.
