I initially was contacted via phone call from the employer after I completed an application on Indeed. We set up a phone interview first, then proceeded to an in-person interview. During the in-person interview, we discussed expectations of both myself and them. We discussed what the company aims to do for the community and what role I would have in that overarching goal. We also talked about my past experience in situations relating to the field of work(working with kids, fitness, coaching, etc). Finally, we discussed my goals, availability, and compensation.
