      I interviewed at Reuss Industries

      Interview

It was pretty simple. I spoke with the owners, answered questions about work experience and previous employment. I was sent downstairs to an experienced welder and took a weld test. I was given plenty of time to practice and tune the machine to what best worked for me. There was no rush. The employee that gave me the test is very skilled, patient and a nice guy. I was then shown around the shop and went back to the office. I talked more with the owners. They are very pleasant. They explained the benefits, like health, 401 k, holidays and vacations. It was all pretty easy.
