I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revalgo (Chennai) in July 2025
Interview
My interview process at Revalgo was one of the most unique and positive experiences I’ve had, even though I wasn’t ultimately selected for the role. From the very first interaction, the process was smooth, transparent, and respectful.
What truly stood out was one female interviewer who not only evaluated me but also went the extra mile to guide me on a personal level. She patiently explained why I might not be the best fit for the current opening and offered constructive advice on how I could reshape my skills and come back stronger in six months. She even shared her own inspiring journey — how she left a shining career elsewhere to join Revalgo because of its family-like culture, where every employee is valued, heard, and supported.
This level of care, empathy, and honesty is rare to find in recruitment processes. Even though I didn’t get the job this time, I walked away with valuable insights, motivation, and a very positive impression of the company and its people.

Interview
I got selected from interview. during Offer stage CTC nego call was too pathetic. that female started yelling at me rather than doing nego. bare minimum desency was also lacking with her. through her we can understand what can be the company culture inside and how well we can be treated if we get into this company. very unprofessional team. never trust the ratings and comments. that's all cooke-up stories to attract talent.
