Rex Education interview questions

I recently went through the full interview process for a position at Rex Education, and I wanted to share my experience to help future candidates. Interview Process: Initial Interview: I had a smooth initial interview where they assessed my background, skills, and fit for the role. The recruiter was professional and provided good insights into the company. Hiring Manager Interview: The next round was with the hiring manager, who seemed pleased with my responses and even mentioned positive feedback about my potential fit for the team. Final Interview: I successfully completed the final interview, and I was informed that I had passed all rounds and was awaiting the job offer. The recruiter mentioned that they were just waiting for the final approval. Lack of Response Post-Interview: After being told I had passed all interview stages and was qualified for the role, I expected to receive the job offer soon. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no official response. A particularly frustrating experience was receiving repeated calls from the recruiter, but every time I answered, the call would drop. I also sent follow-up messages and attempted to return their calls, but they continued to drop or go unanswered. Final Thoughts: While the interview process itself was structured and professional, the post-interview communication has been disappointing. It is frustrating to be told that an offer is coming, only to receive no further updates or clarity on the situation. I hope Rex Education improves their hiring process by providing timely and transparent communication to candidates, especially those who have already gone through all the interview stages and were told they were successful. For future applicants, I would recommend being proactive with follow-ups and setting clear expectations regarding timelines for job offers.
