I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
First step: you have to complete a timed iq test on their computers. They tell you before the interview that you are going to take an iq test and send you a couple of sample questions. The test includes sequence, shape, and math questions. Second Step: an interview (I didn't reach that part)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The IQ test is timed, so you have to answer as much questions as you can in a very limited time.

Interview
I applied via LinkedIn before being contacted by HR and from there I had to fill out on application, which included a personality test and an assessment (patterns, some math). After that, I got contacted to go into the Houston office where I had to take the assessment again before having a Skype interview. I basically just had to repeat my resume (just more in-depth) along with describing what skills/strengths I have--very short interview. Got back with me a few days later just to say that they did not want to move forward, which was frustrating because if they did not want me based on what was on my resume then I do not understand why they even called me in for the interview and wasted my time.
