I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX) in June 2017
Interview
I applied for Reynolds and Reynolds online through an employment search engine.
The day after I applied, I received an email asking me to fill out a form and to take multiple assessments. The email said that it would take about 1.5 hours, but it took my around 2-2.5 hours. The assessments had nothing to do with what I applied for. There were about 5 assessments and 2 basic forms (i.e. education/work information) in total. The assessments were: Math, Personality, Graphical Sequence, and Alphabetical Sequence.
After I finished the assessments, a few days later I was asked to do a Skype interview. The interview was very basic and took about 22 minutes.

Interview
I took the online personality/aptitude test and received an invitation to a phone interview. The recruiter was nice and explained the next steps to me, telling me that the next step was for the director to review me. Later, I received an email telling me I was not chosen to continue in the process.
