I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied online -> 2 hour aptitude test online -> set up in-person appointment -> take same 2 hour aptitude test in-person -> skype interview.
aptitude test is not really difficult but annoying, some pattern tests where you guess the next image in the sequence or the next letter in the sequence. math word problems aren't hard but are difficult in the sense that I hadn't done these type of word problems in a long time.

Reached out by a recruiter to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment took about 30 minutes to complete and it consists of basic math and reasoning questions and personality questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in June 2025
Interview
Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.
