I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Aug 2012
Interview
Initial communication was by email and included links to three different pre-interview online assessments, including an ethics assessment. I received an appointment for additional timed on-site testing, which took about an hour. Most of the testing focused on logic and patterns, with the final test containing multi-step math problems. There were a number of people in the office being tested. Some were sent home afterwards and others, including me, received an interview with two individuals from human resources. Following this interview i was invited to complete another online "questionnaire" about my parents' jobs, my in-laws' jobs, and my husband's job. Finally, I was interviewed by a department supervisor. Following this interview I was asked to come back to interview with a department manager. I received a call after that interview to schedule my drug test, provide information for a credit check, and schedule a skype interview with a vp.

Question 1
There really weren't any difficult questions, but the match assessment and logic tests were challenging!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in July 2022
Interview
After submitting the application, I was asked to complete the aptitude test. It was lengthy and some parts were difficult for me, and I didn't get to finish a couple sections. I was surprised when they followed up with me for an interview, so don't be discouraged by the test! I had 3 interviews total - one with a recruiter, one with a supervisor for the role, and one with a regional manager. Their questions mostly focused on my experience, and I think it helped that I asked a lot of questions to them.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX)
Interview
The process started with an at-home aptitude test, followed by an on-site aptitude test and a few interviews. The interviews were not too intense and the staff was very pleasant. The interview process did take a little under a month, which is a long time to me. Other than that, the entire experience was positive.

I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Toronto, ON) in June 2017
Interview
Lengthy process involving a phone interview, intelligence examination, Skype interview, an ethics assessment, and an abridged version of the intelligence examination (but proctored via Skype). Overall, an unnecessary and inefficient interview process.
