I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
I applied to three different positions two IT, Desktop Support Tech and entry level It systems and they made me pick just one so I picked Desktop Support Technician and they sent me this...First a personality and then Ethics Test and some other test like that, then after passing they sent the hardest test I've ever seen in my life might not have been as hard if it wasn't timed but this is for Geniuses and they probably wouldn't work here any ways. I showed a friend he said it wasn't that hard to him but to me this wasn't an easy test hence I did not get the job must've not passed with the level they wanted. But it was like algebra math problems and some trig and some Geometry and it's been a while since I taken these courses. Then they had this insane pattern recognition tests. After taking their insanely hard tests about 5 hours had passed and I still didn't get paid or get the job it was a total waste. Honestly I would not recommend applying to this company might as well apply to Google if you really are smart enough to pass that test and finish in time. Honestly to pass their test which they rushed me to take by sending me a reminder while I was preparing should take like about 3 months to prepare for might need to retake a class or review some classes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
pattern recognition test, math test. Timed. Still took me about 5 hour to complete. Glassdoor isn't enough to prepare for this it will take serious preparation and if you already go to school or have a job good luck prepping because their tests are no joke.

Zoom call very straight forward. They ask you about your personal habits outside of work because they dont allow drinking or smoking of any kind even on your own personal time. Im not a smoker or drinker but that was kind of off putting. Other than that it was a pretty nice experience.

Interview
Not much of a process. Was sent a link to complete an application and aptitude test that they estimated to take over 2 hours. I cannot stress how unrelated the test was to the position I applied for but it was just off putting for me. I will not devote that much time to an APPLICATION. I do not care how they see this, but they should know this process is likely why they have a high turn over. Starting your potential employees off with a bad taste in their mouth about your processes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
An aptitude test likely to take hours away from my day. I was emailed a link Friday afternoon and told to finish it in 2 business days. I was emailed on Monday morning for not finishing it and was given an extension. This person clearly doesn't understand the concept of "business" days.

Interview
Take an aptitude test then go through an interview process if you pass. I could see the test being difficult for a lot of people, I was lucky because I just got done with teaching half a semester of high school algebra and that's what basically half the test. I would definitely spend a couple of hours on Kahn Academy and freshen up on algebra if you're really interested.
