I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
I was emailed a link to a long online IQ / math test. Upon successfully completing the test, I was called into the local office for an interview. I had to re-take a similar test at first, and then spent 20 minutes on a Skype interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was extremely positive and said I was moving on to the next stage of the hiring process, and then several days later I received an automatic rejection email.

Question 1
Once I got past the IQ/math test to the Skype Interview, I was asked very basic interview questions reviewing my work history and asking why I wanted to work for the company.
Process begins with a logical assessment and a personality assessment. If you get past the logical assessment (which is where many people get cut), you’re brought in for interviews. The interviews are pretty easy.

Interview
There were about 4 interviews with multiple individuals. They showed me around. They were friendly and professional. It was a pleasant experience besides having to drive there multiple times. There was a weird test that you had to perform there.
Before the interview they wanted me to take an aptitude test and personality assessment. Looks like they make everyone who applies for a job take the tests. They send you sample problems. Was not expecting to take an exam to apply for a position.
